The International Dance Festival of Araraquara reaches its 18th edition. From September 15 to 23, 2018, the dance, theater and performance scene will contaminate the city with ART and POLICY under the guideline: Protagonist, Counter-Hegemonic Dance and in South-South Dialogues.

Held by the Municipality of Araraquara, with essential partnerships such as that of SESC Araraquara, the festival maintains a curatorship that reaffirms its position in defense of the Public Policies of Culture, contributing to understandings of the body that are not dominated and captured by the perverse logic of control and power.

The three axes ARACOARA - MORADA DO SOL- BURACO DE ARARA are reinforced. The fourth is WITHOUT AXIS, which will have a Cursed Session, Performances, Literature, Meetings and Ball.
