The Aldir Blanc Law , enacted on the last 30th, should allocate emergency aid to the cultural sector during the pandemic of the new coronavirus, with an expected transfer of R $ 3 billion to the sector. The law's proposals basically involve three fronts: emergency aid for artists, help for cultural spaces and the publication of new notices in the area.

For assistance, workers must prove their performance in the cultural sector in the last two years, among other things. Also, part of the general value should be allocated to the maintenance of artistic spaces and micro and small cultural companies affected by the pandemic, which had their activities interrupted due to social isolation. In addition, the amount can also be used to create public notices, public calls, prizes, the acquisition of goods and services linked to the sector.
