Quito, May 30, 2017.- From the 5th to the 30th of June, the 15th edition of the International Dance Meeting 'Fragmentos de Junho' will be held in the city of Guayaquil, with the participation of academics, artists and scenic groups from Switzerland, Colombia. England, Brazil, Cuba, Spain, Mexico and Ecuador.

The proposal is organized by the 'Zone Scene Corporation' and has the economic sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture and Heritage through the National Competition 2016/2017 and the Fund for Assistance to Ibero-American Performing Arts, Iberescena, in the category 'Networks, festivals and scenic spaces for the show schedule '.

"Fragmentos de junio" creates spaces for academic dialogues, residences, master classes, lectures and conversations between artists and students in the scenic sector; as well as free aromatic samples in alternative theaters, universities and dance schools. In addition, it brings some activities that will be extended to the cities of Quito, Cuenca and Manta.

The University of the Arts, the Simón Bolívar MAAC Cultural Center, the Corporal Space La Fabrica and the Mezzanine Café Cultural will host the main events of the meeting.
