The Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes will hold the International Seminar on trends and challenges in the training of artists in Higher Education. This activity will be held on May 29 and 30 from 17:00 to 20:00. at the Teatro Ruy Díaz de Guzmán in La Manzana de la Rivera, Ayolas and Benjamín Constant.

This seminar will be attended by Dr. Gilsamara Moura, from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. ISBA and the aforementioned house of studies, in April 2018, signed an agreement with the intention of strengthening cooperation ties in the academic, scientific and cultural fields.

The program will start on Wednesday at 17:00. With the opening speech by the director of ISBA, Lic. Carlos Daniel Piñánez Monges and then, at 5:30 pm, an artistic moment is planned. Then, Dr. Gilsamara Moura will give a lecture on “Stories from art schools, challenges and perspectives. At 7:15 pm A conference on “Trends and challenges in artistic education in Paraguay” is planned.
